How we protect live plants across express logistics routes throughout India.
1. Shipping Coverage & Speed
PlantPagli delivers live plants, planters, and garden supplies to all serviceable Indian PIN codes via trusted surface and air courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC). Metro orders typically arrive in 2 to 4 business days, while non-metro and tier 2/3 locations take 3 to 5 business days.
2. Climate-Safe Nursery Packaging
Before dispatch, each plant is given a deep hydrating drench. The root ball is swaddled in natural coco wrap to retain adequate moisture for up to 8 days of transit. The pot is anchored inside a heavy-duty 5-ply corrugated carton with internal support brackets to prevent shifting even if the parcel is tipped upside down during courier handling.
3. Shipping Charges
- Orders of ₹999 and above: FREE Shipping across India.
- Orders under ₹999: A nominal flat rate of ₹99 applies towards protective packaging and courier handling.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your plant package is scanned out of our Greater Noida nursery, you will receive an SMS and email notification with your AWB tracking link. You can also view live tracking updates anytime in your PlantPagli Account Dashboard.
