Because live plants are perishable living beings, we guarantee their safe arrival.

What Is Covered?

If your plant arrives in any of the following conditions within 7 days of delivery:

• Severe stem breakage or root damage caused during transit.
• Plant showing signs of heavy wilting, rot, or decay that fails to recover within 48 hours of light hydration.
• Pot or ceramic planter arrived cracked or shattered.
• Incorrect plant variety delivered.

How to Claim a Free Replacement

1. Take 2–3 clear photos or a short 10-second unboxing video showing the damaged foliage and shipping label.
2. Send the photos via WhatsApp to +91 98765 43210 or email support@plantpagli.com along with your Order Number (e.g. PP-20261014-XXXX).
3. Our nursery horticulturists will verify the issue within 2 to 4 business hours and immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement plant at zero extra cost to you.

Natural Transit Adaptation (Not Considered Damage)

Plants may drop 1 or 2 outer yellowing bottom leaves or appear slightly sleepy after 3 days inside a dark carton. This is completely natural transit acclimatization. Simply place the plant in gentle indirect ambient light, give it a light drink of water, and it will perk right up within 48 hours.
